The Registration feature lets you manage how attendees sign up for your event. You can collect RSVPs, set ticket types, track payments, and customize registration forms—all in one place.

What is it?

The Registration feature lets you manage how attendees sign up for your event. You can collect RSVPs, set ticket types, track payments, and customize registration forms—all in one place.

This tool makes it easy to create a professional guest registration experience, whether your event is free, paid, public, or private.


What can you do with it?

The Registration section allows you to:

  • Enable or disable attendee registration

  • Add multiple ticket types (free, paid, or donation-based)

  • Create custom form fields to collect specific attendee details

  • Set capacity limits per ticket type or for your entire event

  • Offer promo codes and early bird pricing

  • Track registrations and export attendee data

  • Automate confirmation and reminder emails


Registration Setup Menu

The Registration Setup area is where you control how your registration form looks, behaves, and responds to attendees. From customizing ticket options to designing the form layout and automating notifications, this section gives you full control over your attendee registration flow.

Below is an overview of each menu option and what you can do with it:

Select Registration Type, Registration Settings, including Event Capacity, Open and Close Dates, Enable RSVP No option and Bring Guest option, Setup Registration Access Control & Privacy

Tickets

Create, edit, or remove tickets. You can set ticket prices, capacity, sales start and end dates, and setup group tickets.

Form Questions

Customize your registration form by adding or editing attendee fields such as name, email, or creating custom questions. You can also rearrange or make fields required.

Confirmation

Create a custom confirmation message that attendees see after submitting their registration. You can include next steps, contact details, or links.

Notification

Set up automated email notifications for new registrations. Enable registration notifications to get an email notification every time someone registers for your event.

Text

Customize the text displayed on your registration page or edit the built-in text fields to align with your event’s branding or translate fields for international attendees.

Design

Adjust the visual layout of your registration form, including fonts, colors, and alignment, to match your event website.

Advanced Registration

Include PDF tickets, Enable/Disable Registration, allow attendees to cancel, view or edit registrations, allow for Pending attendee status, setup Unique Registrations, edit Data Collection, Bypass Website, Edit Add to Calendar feature, displaying schedules on confirmations, Set Overall Event Capacity, Set Checkout Timer Length.

For Enterprise Users, add custom schedule creation, Edit Advanced Traffic Control Settings, add custom policies.

Advanced Registration Options

Below is an overview of the additional Advanced Registraiton Options available within the Registration Setup area of your Event Dashboard. These settings provide greater control over your event’s registration behavior, attendee management, and customization.

Timer Session Length (minutes)

Adjust the time a registration session remains active before timing out (default: 8 minutes, max: 60).

Max Ticket Sales / Max Tickets Selected

Set limits on the total number of tickets sold or the number of tickets per transaction.

Unique Email for Each Ticket

Require a separate email address for every ticket purchased.

How to use it

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

  2. Click Registration from the left-hand menu.

  3. Choose the setup that fits your event:

    • RSVP for free or invitation-only events

    • Simple for Free & Public Events

    • Ticket for paid or multi-type ticketing

    • Multi-Event for Sub-events dates on a Single Website

  4. Customize the registration form by clicking Form Fields.

  5. Adjust ticket settings, pricing, and quantity under Tickets.

  6. Set confirmation messages and automated emails in Settings.

  7. Preview your registration flow before publishing your event.
