RSVP registration is ideal for "invitation only" events. This type of registration requires you to upload an allowed list of guests, including emails, before sending out invitations through EventCreate or another means.

For details on adding names and emails to your Attendee List, please see https://support.eventcreate.com/en/articles/6094138-how-to-upload-an-invitation-list

With the RSVP registration setup option, we use email verification when guests RSVP. That means only emails on your attendee list can register for the event. RSVP registration requires you to upload an allowed list of guests, including emails, ahead of sending out invitations.

IMPORTANT: RSVP Setup, requires Email Collection

With RSVP setup, you need to collect email addresses during the registration process for the system to verify the attendee. When you go to Registration>Form Questions, email field is Inactive.

If you do not want to collect email address, you will need to change setup from RSVP to Simple Registration.

If you want to keep the RSVP setup, then you will need to make the Email Address field Active under Registration>Form Questions
