How to Increase the Checkout Timer

To increase the amount of time an attendee has to complete your registration form, including custom form questions, follow these steps:

  1. Go into your Event Dashboard, then Setup > Registration.

  2. Next, go to the Advanced tab

  3. Scroll down to Timer Session Length. The default timer is 8 minutes. You can increase this to a maximum of 60.

  4. Click Update and you're all set!
