How to Increase the Checkout Timer

With Ticketed and Multi-Event registration, there is a default checkout timer. This article will help you increase the amount of time an attendee has to complete their ticket purchase and registration form.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. From your Event Dashboard, navigate to Setup and select Registration.

  2. Open the Advanced tab.

3. Scroll down to Timer Session Length.

  • The default setting is 8 minutes.

  • You can increase the timer up to a maximum of 60 minutes, if needed.

4. Click Update to save your changes.
