Understanding the “Interval” Setting
The Interval controls which numbers appear in the quantity dropdown menu when buyers select how many tickets they want.
By default, the interval is set to 1, which allows tickets to be purchased one at a time.
You can adjust this to sell tickets in groups, such as pairs or tables.
Example Use Case | Interval Setting | Dropdown Options at Checkout |
Sell individual tickets | 1 | 1, 2, 3, 4, ... |
Sell tickets in pairs | 2 | 2, 4, 6, 8, ... |
Sell group packages of 5 | 5 | 5, 10, 15, 20, ... |
Sell tables of 10 | 10 | 10, 20, 30, ... |
Tips
Use the Interval setting to encourage group purchases or package deals.
Combine Minimum and Interval for more control - for example, set Minimum = 2 and Interval = 2 to require buyers to purchase in pairs only.
Always save your changes and preview the checkout page to confirm the dropdown behaves as expected.
