When guests are not able to register for your event because their email address is not recognized, it’s likely because your registration type is set to RSVP Registration.
RSVP Registration requires your guests to be on your Attendee List to reply. This requires you to add/upload a list of invitees, including emails.
If you don’t want to use this feature, switch to Simple Registration by going to your Event Dashboard, then Setup > Registration > Setup and choose Simple Registration.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: On your Event Dashboard, click on Registration, then under the Setup tab, you can select Registration Type.
Step 2: To allow anyone to register, under Registration Type, select: Simple Registration:
Step 3: Under Privacy, select “Anyone can register”
