The default setting for all events is that attendees may not register more than once using the same email address. To allow guests to register using the same email address, follow the steps below:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: On the Event Dashboard, select Setup > Registration under the Setup heading.

Step 2: Under the Setup tab, uncheck the “RSVP No” option

Step 3: Then click on the Advanced tab, and under Unique Registration, make sure this field is unchecked if you want to allow attendees to registers more than once with same email address.

Step 5: To save, click Update
