What is it
The Website Editor is where you build and personalize your event website. It’s a simple interface that that uses your themed template and allows you to update content, add sections, adjust layouts, and manage your pages without needing any design or coding skills.
What you can do with it
Preview your Website and access Website Editor
Customize Templates: Choose from modern event website templates and tailor fonts, colors, and layouts.
Add Content Blocks: Insert text, images, videos, maps, schedules, and FAQs.
URL: Automatically receive a unique EventCreate website address you can share anywhere.
Website Setup Menu
The Website Setup area in your Event Dashboard is where you control how your event website looks, behaves, and appears online. From customizing your event URL to setting privacy, SEO, and design options, this section helps you make your site truly your own.
Below is an overview of each menu option and what you can do with it.

Preview | See what your website will look like to visitors before publishing. You can view it on both desktop and mobile. | |
URL | Displays and lets you customize your website address. This is the link you’ll share with attendees. Here you may optionally connect your custom domain (ie, www.myevent.com) to your EventCreate event. | |
Privacy | Manage who can access your website. You can make your site public, private, or password-protected. | |
SEO | Allow for Search Engine Indexing, this allows Google to show your event website in search results. Customize your event’s title, description, and keywords to improve how it appears in search engines and link previews. | |

Pages | Additional pages can be added to add more details about your event, speakers, your company, or anything you'd like. | |
Whitelabel | Completely "white-label" your event website by removing EventCreate branding. This function also removes EventCreate branding from your event registration form and event communication emails (available on select paid plans). | |

How to use it
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click Setup > Website > Edit Website 🖥️:
Add or rearrange sections using Content Blocks or Sections:
Customize fonts, colors, and page layout to suit your brand:
Use Preview to see how your site looks on desktop and mobile:
Click Publish when you’re ready to make your site live:
Tips
💡 Helpful reminders:
Templates cannot be changed after selection, but every layout is customizable.
Preview on both desktop and mobile for best results.
Keep images and files under recommended size limits.
Double-check that links and buttons work before publishing.
If you have trouble loading the editor, try clearing your browser cache or switching networks.
