How to make your event website live
You have two easy options:
Option 1: Publish from the Web Editor
Look at the top of the screen in the Website Editor or your Event Dashboard.
Click Publish Now.
Option 2: Publish from the event menu
Go to Manage Event.
Click Publish Now.
Once published, your event site will go live immediately, and the “Coming Soon” message will be removed.
Can I edit my site after publishing?
Yes. Publishing does not lock your site.
You can make edits at any time after publishing.
Updates will appear on your live site when you refresh the page.
You do not need to republish after every edit.

Note about previewing your site:
If you are logged into your EventCreate account, you may be able to preview your site even when it is not published or live. This preview is only visible to you.
To see what the public sees:
Open the event link in an incognito/private browser
Or open the link on your phone or a different device
Or log out of your EventCreate account and refresh the page
Still seeing “Coming Soon”?
Refresh your browser.
Confirm you’ve clicked Publish Now.
Make sure you’re viewing the public event link.
Navigate to Website → URL to find your EventCreate URL.
