📊 What Are Reports in EventCreate?

EventCreate’s Reports section provides detailed insights into your event’s performance, attendee registrations, ticket sales, and payments. Reports help you track RSVPs, monitor attendance, and reconcile payments — all in real time.

Whether you want to see who registered, which tickets were purchased, or the total revenue, Reports gives you the tools to manage your event effectively.

🔍 What You Can Do with Reports

Using Reports, you can:

  • View ticket sales and revenue by type and check quantity available

  • Track RSVPs and registration responses

  • Monitor attendance and check-in status

  • Review custom registration form answers

  • Export reports for offline analysis or sharing with your team

  • Reconcile payments using EventCreate or Stripe

  • Track donations, coupons, affiliates, abandoned carts, and more


🧾 How to Access Reports

  1. Log in to your EventCreate account.

  2. Select your event from the My Events page.

  3. Click Reports in the left-hand sidebar:


📈 Types of Reports Available

EventCreate offers several report to help you manage your event:

Report Type

Description

Attendee Report

Lists all registered attendees and RSVP status, including answers to custom registration form questions (when collecting data from all attendees)

Orders / Registration

Shows all Orders / Registrations placed for your event, including tickets or sessions purchased and payment status. One order can have multiple attendees.

Tickets

Tracks total tickets sold by type and shows which attendees purchased each ticket or subevent.

Add-On Report

Displays sales of add-ons or extras purchased with tickets, such as merchandise, raffle tickets, etc.

Donation Report

Tracks any donations made through your event website, including donor names and amounts.

Affiliate Report

Shows sales and registrations generated by affiliates and tracks affiliate payouts.

Coupon Report

Lists all coupon codes used by attendees, including discounts applied and redemption details.

Offline Payments

Tracks offline payments made outside the platform, such as cash, payment apps, invoices or check, linked to registered attendees.

Abandoned Cart Report

Shows tickets or incomplete registrations started but not completed, helping follow up with potential attendees.

Analytics Report

Provides high-level metrics about your event, including page visits, referral sources, and attendee engagement.


🛠 How to Use Reports

  1. Select the report type you want from the Reports page.

  2. Filter your data by date range, ticket type, or attendee status if needed.

  3. Click Export to download a CSV file for your records or further analysis.
