🧾 Which Reports Are Available in EventCreate?

EventCreate provides several reporting options so you can easily track ticket sales, attendees, and order details.

🎟️ Ticket Reports

Where to find it:

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

  2. Click Reports β†’ Tickets on the left-hand menu.

How to use it:

  • Click any Ticket Type to view all attendees who purchased that ticket.

  • You can also go to Reports β†’ Tickets/Subevents and click the Ticket Type name to see everyone registered for that specific type.

  • For detailed order info, open Reports β†’ Orders/Registration, then click on an Order Number to see which sessions or tickets were purchased.

Use the Orders/Registration report if you’re looking for a specific attendee or purchase record.


πŸ‘₯ Attendee Reports

Where to find it:

  1. From your Event Dashboard, click Attendee List on the left-hand menu.

  2. Scroll right to the Ticket column to see which ticket each attendee purchased.

Exporting your data:

  • In the top-right corner, click the β€œ...” (three dots) β†’ Export as Spreadsheet.

  • Your spreadsheet will include attendee names, emails, and ticket types.

Tip:
This is the easiest way to get a full attendee list with ticket details.

To monitor and manage your payments directly:

  1. Log in using the credentials you used when setting up your EventCreate payments.

From your Stripe dashboard, you can:

  • Track transactions and payouts

  • Review refunds

  • View total revenue by event or date
