Can I offer coupons or create discount codes?

If you have a ticketed event and want to create a coupon or discount code, here's how!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Go the the Event Dashboard, under setup click on Payment.

Step 2: Click on the tab: Coupons

Step 3: Click on “New Coupon”

Step 4: Add in the Coupon fields

Advanced Settings:

Step 5: Save Coupon

Please note: there is no automatic limit allowed on the coupon discount codes. You will need to manually make the code INACTIVE when the limit is reached or the promotion has concluded
