Attendee-Level Responses
If you collected information from each attendee:
Go to Track > Reports > Attendees.
On the right side of the report, click the > arrow to scroll and view additional columns.
Custom form responses will appear alongside each guest’s data.
Registrant-Only Responses
If you selected Registrant Only under Advanced Registration Settings (see this guide):
Go to Track > Reports > Orders/Registrations.
Use the > arrow to scroll to the right and view the custom form answers tied to each order.
Exporting Data
To download all responses, click Export in the top right corner of the report. This will generate a .csv file with your custom form data.
Troubleshooting: Can’t Find Custom Form Answers?
Check Advanced Settings – If “Registrant Only” was selected, data will appear in the Orders Report only.
Scroll to the right – Custom form answers are stored in additional columns.
Export your data – Exporting often makes it easier to see all answers at once.
Verify question setup – Make sure your custom question is saved under Setup > Registration > Questions.
