🧾 What is your Attendee List

Your Attendee List is the central hub for tracking and managing everyone connected to your event — from invitees to registered guests. You can view, edit, add, or check in guests right from your EventCreate dashboard.

🔍 What You Can Do in the Attendee List

The Attendee List gives you full control of your guest management. You can:

  • View all attendees and invitees in one place

  • Add attendees manually

  • Edit or update RSVP responses

  • Check in guests on event day

  • Export your attendee data

  • Send or resend confirmation emails

🧠 Understanding How the Attendee List Works

Using EventCreate allows flexibility in how you use your Attendee List. It can function as:

  • An Invitation List – upload contacts you plan to invite

  • A Registration List – track guests who’ve registered online

  • A Guest List – manage attendees confirmed to attend your event

What this means is that your Attendee List (ALL) includes:

  • Anyone you’ve uploaded as an invitee (Not Yet Responded)

  • Anyone who has registered for your event (Attending)

If you only want to view a list of those who have actually registered, you can:

  • Open the Attendees Report, or

  • Go to Attendee List > Attending

Once a guest registers or RSVPs, their status automatically updates in your Attendee List (ALL).

💡 Attendees per Event (Plan Limits Explained)

Under each EventCreate plan type, the term “Attendees/event” refers to the total number of people listed on your attendee or guest list for a single event website.

This includes:

  • Everyone uploaded or added to your Attendee List (All)

  • All invitees (Not Yet Responded, Pending, etc.)

  • All registered guests (Attending, Not Attending)

  • Plus any additional guests registered under a primary attendee

👉 It does not refer only to “Confirmed Attending.”
It represents the total number of entries under “Attendee List (All)” for that event.

You can find the total number on your Attendee List, from your Event Dashboard, when you go to Attendee List>All:

🧾 Attendee Classifications

EventCreate categorizes your attendees into several classifications, making it easy to track everyone’s response status.

You’ll find these under your Attendee List, then click the “…” (three dots) tab to filter or sort by status:

Status

Shows all invitees and attendees in your list

Guests who have registered or RSVP’d “Yes”

Not Attending

Guests who declined or RSVP’d “No”

Not Yet Responded

➕ How to Add an Attendee Manually

If you’ve received a registration outside EventCreate, you can manually add that person:

  1. Click Add Attendee in the top right corner.

  2. Enter their details (Name, Email, RSVP, etc.).

  3. Select their Status (e.g., Attending or Not Yet Responded).

  4. Click Save.

👉 Tip: You can send them a confirmation email by clicking Send Confirmation Email after saving.

✏️ How to Edit or Remove an Attendee

To make changes or remove someone from your list:

  1. Find their name in the list.

  2. Click the ⋮ (three dots) next to their entry.

  3. Choose Edit or Delete.

  4. Save changes.

✅ How to Check In Attendees

You can track attendance in real time:
