✏️ How to Edit an Attendee

You can easily edit attendee information anytime from your event dashboard. This is useful if a guest’s contact details change, they switch their RSVP response, or you need to update a registration note.

Steps to Edit an Attendee

  1. Go to Your Event Dashboard
    Log in to your EventCreate account and select your event.

  2. Open the Attendee List
    In the left-hand menu, click Attendee List:

  3. Find the Attendee
    Scroll through your list or use the search bar to find the attendee you’d like to update.

  4. Click on the Attendee Name
    The Attendee Info will pop up:

  5. Click “Edit Attendee”
    Choose Edit to open the attendee’s profile details:

  6. Make Your Changes
    Update any of the following information:

    • Name

    • Email

    • RSVP status (Attending, Not Attending, Not Yet Responded, Pending, etc)

    • Custom Notes or Tags

    • Custom Form Questions

  7. To Save, Click UPDATE ATTENDEE
    Once finished, click Update Attendee to apply your changes. The attendee record will update instantly in your list.
