What is the attendee list?

EventCreate gives flexibility in how you use your Attendee List. It can be an Invitation List, a Registration List, or a Guest List.

Your Attendee List can function as an:

  • Registration List – People who are invited to Register to your event

  • 💌 Invitation List – People you plan to invite, but who may or may not have responded yet.

  • 📋 Guest List – A mix of both invited and registered guests. This includes invited guests, registered attendees, and even those who haven’t responded yet

Attendee Classifications

You’ll see different status categories to help you track and manage your guest list:

  • All – Everyone you’ve uploaded or who’s responded

  • Attending – Guests who’ve registered “Yes”

  • Not Attending – Guests who’ve declined

  • Not Yet Responded – Guests invited but haven’t replied

  • Not Yet Invited – Guests added but not yet sent an invite

  • Pending – Registrations in progress but not completed

👉 To sort your list by these categories, go to Attendee List, click the “…” icon, and select your preferred filter.

Quick Tip:

Attendee List (All)” includes everyone—those invited (Not Yet Responded) and those who’ve already registered (Attending).

Under each plan type, "Attendees/Event" refers to the number of people invited per event website, which is everyone on your attendee list/guest list this also includes all guests that register under the primary attendees. It does not mean only Confirmed Attending. It means the total number listed under "Attendee list (All)".

If you want to view a list of only those who have registered for your event, please use the Attendees Report or view the tab Attendee List > Attending. Once a guest registers, their status will be updated on the Attendee List (ALL).

To see just your confirmed guests, go to:

  • Attendee List > Attending, or

  • Use the Attendees Report
