To delete an attendee, please follow the steps below:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to your Event Dashboard, then Track > Reports > Attendees Report:
2. Find the Attendee, then click on View/Manage to access their Attendee Profile:
3. The Attendee Profile will appear. To delete, click on “. . .” menu and select Delete Attendee. For Orders, the order information will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page to delete the order.
4. A confirmation box will appear. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
This will delete an attendee, but not an order or all attendees associated with an order. To delete an order and all attendees associated with an order, follow the instructions at support.eventcreate.com/en/articles/2615832-how-to-delete-orders.
