📝 How to Edit an Attendee's Information in EventCreate

You can easily edit attendee information by following the steps below:

🔍 Step-by-Step: How to Edit an Attendee

  1. Go to Track > Attendee List
    From your Event dashboard, click on the Track tab in the top navigation, then select Attendee List.

  2. Search for the Attendee
    Use the search bar to find the attendee by name or email address

  3. Click on the Attendee Name or click on View/Manage button
    This will open up their full attendee record, including their contact information, ticket type, and any custom form responses.

  4. Click “Edit Attendee” in the top right corner
    This will allow you to update their:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Answers to any custom form questions

    • Ticket status (in certain cases)

  5. Make your updates and to Save click “Update Attendee”
    Once you’ve edited the information, scroll down and click Update Attendee to confirm the changes.

✅ Things to Note:

  • Edits will reflect instantly in the attendee list and reports.

  • If the attendee never received their ticket confirmation email (due to a typo), updating their email address and resending the confirmation will fix it.

Please note: If you manually edit the RSVP of your guests, no order or ticket number will be issued, therefore you cannot register them in using our Check In Feature or App.
