CANCEL REGISTRATION
Yes, you can allow attendees to cancel their own registration.
Go to Setup > Registration > Advanced
Check the box next to Allow Attendees to Cancel Their Registration.
Please note: When this feature is activated, an Attendee can cancel their registration if they decided they no longer can attend. The attendee will be marked as Cancelled, under Attendee Status.
An attendee cannot change from Not Attending to Attending. If they decide they want to attend later, they need to contact the host to change their attendee status.
When enabled:
A Cancel Registration link will appear on the attendee’s registration confirmation page:

CHANGE ATTENDEE DETAILS & CUSTOM FORM ANSWERS
Yes, you can allow attendees to edit their own registration and edit their details and custom form answers.
🔄 1. Enable View/Change Registration
Go to Setup > Registration > Advanced
Scroll down to Attendee Registration Options
Under Show Attendee Registration Details on the Confirmation Screen, you’ll see these options:
Off
Show Details — displays registration details on the confirmation page
Show Details and Allow Editing — displays registration details and enables an Edit Details link
Click Update, to Save your changes

If you’ve selected “OFF,” the confirmation page will resemble this layout:
If you’ve selected “Show Details,” the confirmation page will resemble this layout:
If you’ve selected “Show Details and Allow Editing,” the confirmation page will show an Edit Details link:
Please Note:
For the Attendee to edit custom form answers, under Data Collection (Registration>Advanced), you must be collecting data from all Attendees. When only Collecting Data from Registrant ONLY, the registrant will only be able to edit their Name and Email.
CHANGE TICKET OR SUB-EVENT REGISTRATIONS
Please note: If an attendee needs to switch tickets or sub-event registrations, only the event coordinator can make that change.
1. Go to the Attendees Report, search for the person to change, and click on View/Manage:
2. Next, click on Edit Attendee:
Please note: Updating a guest’s ‘Attendee Status’ does not create an order or ticket number. The guest will only count toward event capacity or ticket limits if a ticket is issued.
3. Find the Ticket Type field and click the Modify link to change or issue the ticket:
Please note: changing a ticket or subevent doesn't change the amount charged. If there is a difference and you need to refund, you'll need to go into the Orders report to process a refund.
