To delete all attendees associated with an order, follow the instructions for deleting a complete order. That will remove all attendees attached to the order.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Go to your Event Dashboard, then Track > Reports > Attendees (or Orders/Registrations)
Step 2: Find the Attendee, then click on View/Manage to access their Attendee Profile. For Orders, find and click on the Order ID to access order information.
Step 3: The Attendee Profile will appear. To delete, click on “. . .” menu and select Delete Attendee. For Orders, the order information will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page to delete the order.
Step 4: A confirmation box will appear. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
