How to delete an order

To delete an order and all attendees associated with an order, follow the instructions below:


1. Go to your Event Dashboard, then Track > Reports > Orders/Registrations:

2. Find the Attendee and click on the Order ID to access order information:

3. Click on the ... menu to delete the order:

4. A confirmation box will appear. Click OK to confirm the deletion:

To delete one attendee, please follow these instructions:
