You can access your billing details and payment receipts under your profile at eventcreate.com/dashboard/billing.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Click on the icon at the top right of your event dashboard and select Manage Account.
2. Click on the Billing tab. You can update your billing details and confirm your subscription type.
3. To view your billing history, click on View Invoices/Receipts. A pop up box will appear with your billing history. You can then view, email, or print your past billing invoices or receipts.
