What happens if I cancel my paid subscription? Will I lose access to my website?

Canceling your subscription will downgrade your account, but your website and basic access will remain active.

If you cancel your paid subscription, you will not lose your website. Instead, you will lose access to any premium features and access to your attendee list if more than 50.

❌ What You’ll Lose:

  • Access to any paid features, such as advanced customization tools.

  • Full access to your attendee list if your event has more than 50.

🔄 Important: We recommend exporting your attendee list before cancelling or downgrading, especially if you have more than 50 guests.

💡 Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for unused time.

🧾 How to Cancel:

  1. Go to your dashboard: eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile

  2. Scroll down to the "Cancel Your Subscription" section.

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
