To cancel your subscription, go to eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile, then scroll down to Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To cancel your subscription, go to "Profile" in the upper right menu.
2. Once on the profile page, scroll down to "Credit Card Information" and click on "Cancel Subscription."
3. From there, you will need to confirm that you understand that premium access and attendee / order data will be permanently deleted.
If you cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing term, you will have access to premium features until the end of your billing term.
