If you need to cancel your paid EventCreate plan, follow these steps:
Steps to Cancel Your Plan
Click on your Avatar or Profile icon in the top right corner and Select Manage Account:
2. Navigate to Billing: http://eventcreate.com/dashboard/billing:
3. Scroll down to find the Cancel Plan option.
4. Confirm Cancellation. Follow the prompts to cancel your paid account.
Important: Canceling your paid plan will not remove your website, but you will lose access to premium features, including attendee information for events with more than 50 guests. If you need your attendee list, export it before cancelling.
