How to Cancel Automatic Renewal
You can cancel automatic renewal by cancelling your paid subscription in your EventCreate dashboard.
Steps to Cancel Automatic Renewal
Scroll down and cancel your account
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, so you will retain access to all plan features until then. The plan will simply not renew after that.
Important Notes
When cancelling your plan, you will lose access to premium features, including attendee information for events with more than 50 guests on the cancellation date.
If you need to retain that data, export your attendee list before the cancellation date.
