Cannot Access My Attendee List or You are Over your Attendee Plan Limit
If you’re unable to access your attendee list, it’s likely because your event has reached the maximum number of attendees allowed for your current plan.
Under each plan type, "Attendees/event" refers to the number of people invited per event website, which is everyone on your attendee list/guest list this also includes all guests that register under the primary attendees. It does not mean only Confirmed Attending. It means the total number listed under "Attendee list (All)":

How to Lower Your Attendee List
You can delete attendees or remove duplicate entries to reduce the list.

Note: EventCreate does not prevent people from registering, but if your attendee count exceeds your plan limit, you will be unable to view the list until you upgrade or reduce attendees.
