What do I do after my event ends?

Once your event is over, your website will remain live until you choose to unpublish it.

After your event is over, your website stays live until you unpublish it by going to Manage Event and changing the Event Status to

Here are a few things we recommend doing post-event:

📝 Update Your Website
Share a thank you message, photo gallery, event highlights, or details about your next event to keep your audience engaged.

📧 Send a Follow-Up Email
Use the Email module to send a thank you note or follow-up message to attendees.

📁 Export Important Data
Download your attendee list and any orders or registration reports for your records—especially if you don’t plan to keep your subscription active.

📌 Unpublish the Site (Optional)
If you're done with the event and no longer need the site visible online, you can unpublish it anytime from your Event Dashboard.

🗑️ Delete Your Site (Optional)
If you're finished with the event and want to remove it entirely. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
