How to invite guests to your event

To invite guests to your event, you can share the URL of your website via personal email, social media, or print. You can find your URL in your Event Dashboard under Setup > Website > URL.

Please share the URL as{yourevent} or{yourevent} to ensure easy access for your invitees.

With a paid plan, you can send out invitations through the EventCreate platform. First, go to your Event Dashboard, then Share > Emails / Invites. Create an email template, then click on Send New Email and choose the guests to receive your message.

Please note: Your attendees will NOT be notified or emailed automatically after adding them to the Attendee List.
