500. EventCreate is temporarily unavailable.
This error usually means that something unexpected has happened on the server, like:
Your event description under Setup > Event Details is too long
Your image file is greater than 2MB or is not a JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF
The EventCreate servers are down (this is a rare occurrence)
Try:
Shortening your event description to 150-200 characters
Re-sizing your image file, click here to access a free image resizing tool
Emailing [email protected] to let us know what section you were trying to update
Error 1001. DNS resolution error.
This error usually means that something is not set up correctly in your custom domain settings.
Try:
verifying that you've set up your custom domain with the settings seen here: https://support.eventcreate.com/en/articles/1491675-how-to-use-a-custom-domain
confirming that you've chosen to "forward" the domain, not "mask" the domain
