Upload Photo Error: Why can’t I upload my image or photo?

Make sure your image is a supported format (jpg, jpeg, png, or gif), meets size requirements (max 2MB, proper dimensions), and try uploading from a different browser or network if issues persist.

Error: Upload Image / Photo

If you’re seeing an error when trying to upload an image or photo to your EventCreate page, it’s usually related to the image type, size, or network settings. Follow these steps to fix it.

1. Upload Image – Drag & Drop

To upload your image, simply drag and drop your photo into the gray upload box on your event page. You can also click inside the box to browse and select a file from your computer.

2. Check Your Image File Type

Make sure your image is in one of the supported formats:
jpg, jpeg, png, or gif
🚫 HEIC images (commonly from iPhones) are not supported.
If your file is HEIC, convert it to JPG or PNG before uploading.

3. Check the Image Size and Dimensions

  • Banner images: 1600 × 1000 px recommended

  • Other images: at least 250 px on the shortest side

  • File size: must be 2MB or less

If your image is too large, you can resize or compress it using any free online tool before uploading: https://pixlr.com/

4. Try a Different Browser or Network

If you receive a network error, your company firewall or browser security settings may be blocking the upload.

Try:

  • Uploading from another browser (Chrome or Safari)

  • Switching to a different device or a mobile hotspot

5. Still Having Trouble?

If the issue continues, please email: [email protected]

  1. Attach the image you’re trying to upload.

  2. Let us know your account event link and where you’re adding it

Our support team can test and help upload it for you.
