Simple or RSVP Registration:
To set the event capacity for Simple or RSVP registration, go to your Event Dashboard > Setup > Registration > Setup tab and scroll to Event Capacity. Put in the maximum number of guests allowed, confirm your final day to register, and click Update Settings at the bottom of the section.
Ticketed or Multi-Event Registration:
To set the event capacity for Ticketed registration, go to your Event Dashboard > Setup > Registration > Tickets tab. Then, click on each ticket type and set the maximum number of tickets available for purchase under the Quantity Available, and click Save Now at the bottom of the section.
Set Capacity for Entire Event:
To set the capacity across your entire event, go to Setup > Registration > Advanced tab, then scroll down to: Max Ticket Sales and select "Set Maximum Ticket Sales."
Remember:
Max Ticket Sales is when the total orders are reached across all ticket types.
If you want to set a quantity for each, please set: "Use combined ticket capacity."
