Managing Sponsors for Your Event

Use the Sponsors Managed List
From your Event Dashboard, go to Tools > More > Sponsors.

From here, you can add sponsors in one of two ways:

  • Upload an .xls file with the following details for each sponsor: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company, and Bio

  • Use the Quick Add option to manually add sponsors one at a time


Upload Sponsor Logos

Once your sponsors are added, you can upload their logos directly to their profiles.

Note: For the best and most consistent display on your event website, we recommend using 1:1 or 3:4 image ratios.


Enable Sponsor Self-Registration

If you’d like sponsors to register themselves:

  1. Go to Sponsorship Level to set up your event’s sponsor levels

  2. Navigate to Form Settings to customize a registration form specifically for sponsors

Note: The Form Link shown here is unique to the sponsor registration form and can be shared directly with your sponsors.


Add the Dynamic Sponsors Section to Your Website

Customize Your Event Website

  • Go to Setup > Website > Edit Website

Choose Where the Sponsors Section Appears

  • In the Website Editor, select the location where you’d like the Sponsors section to display

  • Click the plus sign (+) to add a new section

Add the Sponsors Section

  • Under the Dynamic heading, select Sponsors


Automatic Updates

Once added, the Sponsors section will automatically display your sponsors’ logos and stay up to date as you add or update sponsors.
