How to cancel a scheduled email

To cancel a scheduled email, go to your Event Dashboard, click Email/Invites, then under Email Stats, click View. At the upper right, select Cancel to delete the scheduled email.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to your Event Dashboard, then Share & Tools > Emails/Invites > Emails & Analytics. Under Email Stats, click on View.

2. Click on Cancel to delete that scheduled email.

3. A pop up box will appear asking you to confirm your delete request. To delete, select OK.

4. Under the tab: Emails & Analytics, your scheduled email will no longer appear.

Note: If you selected to Send Now. Once an email has been sent, it cannot be canceled or recalled. Please double-check your content before sending.
