After creating your custom invitation or email, you may want to take a look at it before sending it to all of your guests.

After you finish the design of the email, click on Email/Invites > Templates, then click on the … next to the email template you want to preview. Here you will have the option to send a test email, edit or delete the email template.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to your Event Dashboard and click on Email/Invites under the Share & Tools heading.

2. Click on the Templates tab, find the template you want to test, then click on "..."

3. Click on Send Test, then enter up to 3 email addresses to receive the test.

4. Click Confirm and Send.

You should receive a test email to that email address(es). If you do not receive it, please double check your spam folder first. Then, contact us via [email protected] and we'll help you troubleshoot.

Please note that any personalization (ie: first name, last name, etc) will not populate.

πŸ§ͺ Additional Testing Tip

To experience the full registration process from a guest's perspective, add your own email address to the Attendee List. This allows you to receive the invitation, click on the RSVP link, and complete the registration as a guest would.

  1. Add your email on the Attendee List

  2. Send an email just to yourself by clicking on Emails/Invites

  3. Choose Send New Email

  4. Select your template

  5. Select yourself as the recipient
