πŸ•’ How to Change the Default Time Zone for Your Event

To ensure your event times are accurately displayed for your audience, you can set the default time zone:

By default, the default time zone is GMT/UTC.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. From your Event Dashboard, go to Setup > Event Details and scroll down to edit the Time Zone.

  2. Select Your Preferred Time Zone:
    Choose the appropriate time zone from the dropdown list.

  3. Save Changes:
    Click Update Details to apply the new default time zone.

Note: Setting the correct time zone is important, especially if you're utilizing the Add to Calendar feature. It ensures that event times are displayed correctly across different calendar applications.

Make sure to also double-check your calendar settings. If your computer or browser is in a different location than the event location, the calendar may display times based on your current local time, causing the calendar to auto-adjust incorrectly.​
