Note: The Attendee App is currently in beta. You may encounter occasional bugs or unexpected behavior as we work to refine and improve the experience.
Step 1: Request Access
Because the app is in beta, our team grants access to you.
Log in to your Event Dashboard.
Navigate to Tools > More > Attendee App.
Click Request Access.
Our support team will enable the feature for your event and notify you once you are ready to start building.
Step 2: Choose Your App Components
Customize what your attendees see when they log in. You can toggle various sections based on your event's needs:
Core Event Details: Ensure your Schedule, Speakers, Sponsors, and Exhibitors lists are finalized and accurate.
Logistics: Enable QR code scanning for easy check-ins.
Interactive Features: Request Support approval to enable 1-to-1 Attendee Chatting or Discussion Boards to boost networking.
FAQs (Highly Recommended): Help reduce inquiries by answering common questions in advance, such as:
When do the doors/gates open?
Where is the best place to park?
Is there venue Wi-Fi available?
What is the dress code?
Step 3: Brand Your App
Make the app look like an extension of your event branding by adjusting the design settings.
Visuals: Select between light or dark mode and choose an accent color that matches your brand.
Assets: Upload your logo and a high-quality event graphic.
Information: Write a clear short and long description of your event and provide a contact email for attendee support.
Step 4: Share the App with Attendees
The app is only effective if your attendees know how to find it. We recommend sharing the download URL in multiple ways:
