How to Use the EventCreate Check-In App

Use the web check-in, download the iOS or Android app, or scan tickets with a QR code scanner app.

EventCreate offers multiple options to check in your guests, including a web-based check-in, iOS and Android apps, and QR code scanning.


1. Web-Based Check-In (Global Access)

  • Works on any device anywhere in the world.

  • Go to your Event Dashboard → Share & Tools → More → Check-In.


2. Mobile Check-In Apps

  • Android App: Download from the Google Play Store.

  • iOS App: Download from the Apple App Store in the US, Canada, and Australia.

    • If you are outside these countries, let us know your location so we can explore adding access in the future.

Both apps allow you to check in guests by scanning tickets or searching attendee names.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the email and password associated with your EventCreate account. To create an account, sign up online first at: https://www.eventcreate.com/users/sign_up

  • Try logging out and back in, or using a different device if you experience issues.

  • Update the app to the latest version if problems persist.
