How to Send Emails to Specific Attendees or to the Not Yet Responded Attendees

Go to Share & Tools → Emails/Invites → Templates, create or select a template, choose Specific Attendees, then compose and send.

You can send targeted emails to certain guests or attendees rather than your full list.


Steps to Email Specific Attendees

  1. Go to Emails / Invites. Navigate to Templates

  2. Click on Send New Email or Create New Email Template:

  3. Select Email Template:

  4. Select Recipients. Click More Options and choose Select Attendees Manually. Then click Continue:

  5. Check the Box next to each attendee you want to send the email to:

  6. Click Continue to Confirm & Send

  7. Click Send Email Now or Schedule:

  8. A Confirmation Screen will appear:

  9. To Check Email Stats and Open rate, click View Email Stats.


Tips

  • Double-check the selected recipients to avoid sending emails to the wrong attendees.

  • Use this feature for reminders, email updates, or special instructions for a subset of guests.

  • Make sure your email template is correct and formatted before sending.
