You can send targeted emails to certain guests or attendees rather than your full list.
Steps to Email Specific Attendees
Go to Emails / Invites. Navigate to Templates
Click on Send New Email or Create New Email Template:
Select Email Template:
Select Recipients. Click More Options and choose Select Attendees Manually. Then click Continue:
Check the Box next to each attendee you want to send the email to:
Click Continue to Confirm & Send
Click Send Email Now or Schedule:
A Confirmation Screen will appear:
To Check Email Stats and Open rate, click View Email Stats.
Tips
Double-check the selected recipients to avoid sending emails to the wrong attendees.
Use this feature for reminders, email updates, or special instructions for a subset of guests.
Make sure your email template is correct and formatted before sending.
