How to Change the “Reply-To” Email on Confirmation Emails

You can change the "From Name" that appears on the Confirmation Email, not the Reply To email. Replies are sent to your account email.

All replies to confirmation emails are sent directly to your EventCreate account email address. To change your account email, go to eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile.

Under the Confirmation Email Template, you can change the From Name that appears on the confirmation email, but not the Reply-To email.

If you need to update where replies are sent, you’ll need to update your EventCreate account email address.

To do this:

  1. Update your account email.

  2. Save changes.

This will ensure replies to confirmation emails are sent to your new account email.
