Under the Confirmation Email Template, you can change the From Name that appears on the confirmation email and the Reply-To email.
To update:
Step 1: Go to Setup > Registration > Confirmations
Step 2: Click Edit Email
Step 3: Enter Reply To Email:
Step 4: Save Confirmation Email
By default, your account email will be set as the reply-to email.
To adjust the default reply-to email, please change your account email at eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile.
To do this:
Update your account email.
Save changes.
