How to change the account owner

It may become necessary to change the owner / administrator of your account, especially if you are using the collaborators feature of the platform.

To change an account collaborator to the account owner, please go to eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile and click on the Collaborators tab.

If that person is a co-planner or check-in assistant, you'll need to first change them to an Admin.

Once that's done, you'll see you have the option to Transfer Ownership as seen here: share.zight.com/wbugbWLb Note: this option only appears if someone is an Admin.

If you need to also change billing information, please go to eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile and click on the Billing tab to Update Credit Card Details.
