How to change the account owner

It may become necessary to change the owner / administrator of your account, especially if you are using the collaborators feature of the platform.

To switch owners on your account, please go to eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile and change the account email.

Please note: if the new owner has an existing EventCreate account, they will need to delete their account before being assigned as the owner of another account.
