Email data can be found under Email/Invites. Then, click "View" under "Email Stats" to see the latest stats for that email, including bounces.
You can also see the email data under the Attendee List. You will need to scroll to the right or select "Columns" to modify visible columns.
What if a recipient isn't receiving my email?
If the email is marked as "delivered" but the recipient is reporting that the email is not received, then, more than likely, the recipient's server is blocking final delivery to the inbox.
Some corporate mail servers will block final delivery--and unfortunately there's no way around this on our end. The recipient will need to contact their IT department to whitelist all emails from EventCreate.
If this happens, I would recommend sending them a link to your website via your own email account.
