How to Enable Apple Wallet for Event Tickets

When using Ticketed or Multi-event registration, attendees will receive a confirmation page and a ticket upon completing their registration. This ticket can easily be added to their Apple Wallet. Follow these steps to enable this feature:

  1. Go to Setup -> Registration -> Confirmation tab -> Click on edit confirmation page:

  2. Locate "Apple Wallet Passes" on the left-hand side and enable the setting. From here, you can also personalize your pass by adding a custom color and logo.

3. Once Registration is complete on the mobile device, the Confirmation page will show "add to apple wallet" -> Click to add to Apple wallet -> You will see the ticket and on the upper right corner click "add":

Examples: This event I added a background color and a logo (which you can see below).
