Custom Form Questions (by Ticket Type) Use this tool when the information is required to complete an RSVP or purchase a ticket. These questions are seamlessly embedded into the main checkout flow, ensuring all collected data is tied directly to the primary attendee profile.

  • Best used for: Essential attendee details like VIP meal preferences, t-shirt sizes, or breakout session selections.

  • Key benefit: By conditionally assigning questions to specific ticket types, you keep the checkout process fast by only asking relevant questions to the right attendees.

  • How to set it up: Navigate to Setup > Registration > Form Questions. Click on the custom question you want to modify, select Show Advanced Options, and choose which ticket type the question applies to.

Additional Forms Use this tool when you need to gather information independently of the standard ticket purchase process. Additional Forms generate their own unique URL, meaning anyone can fill them out without having to register for your event first.

  • Best used for: External data collection such as post-event feedback surveys, or liability waivers.

  • Key benefit: Keeps your main ticketing checkout clutter-free while still capturing necessary pre- or post-event data on a standalone page.

  • How to set it up: Navigate to Tools > Additional Forms to build and share your standalone form.

Managed Lists Use this tool specifically to organize groups of people and visually display them on your event website. Instead of just collecting data, Managed Lists power the dynamic layout blocks on your site.

  • Best used for: Building Attendee Types: Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitor/Vendor applications, Volunteers, VIP, etc

  • Key benefit: Your Attendee upload participant details directly to the backend dashboard, and the platform automatically formats them into professional blocks on your live website.

  • How to set it up: From the main dashboard, navigate to the Manage List and select your desired category (e.g., Speakers or Sponsors)
