We’ve redesigned your workspace from the ground up to help you work faster, smarter, and with better insights.This update is all about simplifying your workflow while giving you more control over your event data.

What’s New:

Streamlined Navigation

You can now find what you need in fewer clicks. The updated layout makes it easier to move between key areas of your event.

Advanced Analytics

Get deeper insights with new customizable widgets designed to help you track performance at a glance.

Pages now load up to 50% faster, helping you spend less time waiting and more time managing your event.

Manage Lists:

Under Mange Lists, you will find all your Attendees and Attendee Types (Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Volunteers), as seen below:

Reports:

Get easy access to all your event reports, including Attendees, Orders, Tickets, Add-ons, Donations, Affiliates, Coupons, Offline Payments, Abandoned Cart, and Analytics, all under Reports:

  • Attendees – View and manage all registered participants, their contact info, ticket types, etc

  • Orders – Track all registrations and orders based on registration versus individual attendees

  • Tickets – Monitor ticket types and quantities sold for each

  • Add-ons – See sales for any add-ons purchased

  • Donations – Track contributions and donor information

  • Affiliates – Track total redemption by Affiliate codes

  • Coupons – Track total redemption by Coupon or Promo Code

  • Offline Payments – Record and Track any offline payments

  • Abandoned Cart – See incomplete registrations to follow up with potential attendees

  • Analytics – Gain website insights and analytics with visual reports on Page Views, Bounce Rate, Site Duration, Audience Location and Traffic Resources to check overall event website engagement and performance

Promote and share your event effortlessly with tools for Link/URL, Emails, SMS, Social, Embeds, and Affiliates, all under Share.

  • Link/URL – Your event’s direct page link to share anywhere

  • Emails – Send invitations, updates, and announcements to attendees

  • SMS – Send Event Updates and Reminders instantly with text message notifications

  • Social – Share your event across social media platforms

  • Embeds – Add your event or registration form to external websites

  • Affiliates – Track and manage Affiliate Partners promoting your event

Manage your event logistics in one place with Schedule, Name Badges, Check-in, Attendee App, Seating, Budget, Checklist, and More Forms, all under Tools.

  • Schedule – Create and manage your event agenda or run of show

  • Name Badges – Generate and print attendee badges

  • Check-in – Scan tickets and manage entry in real time

  • Attendee App – Give attendees access to event details and updates

  • Seating – Organize seating charts and assignments

  • Budget – Track event expenses and financial planning

  • Checklist – Stay on top of tasks with a built-in to-do list

Setup

Set up your event with ease by configuring Event Details, Website, and Registration, all under Setup:

  • Event Details – Set your event name, date, time, location, and basic info

  • Website – Design and customize your event website

  • Registration – Create ticket types, custom form questions, pricing, and registration settings


Manage Event

Easily make your site live or unpublish it, duplicate it for future events, delete it, or remove all data and registrations:

  • Publish or unpublish your event site – Make your event live or take it offline at any time

  • Duplicate your event website – Quickly create a copy of your event for future use

  • Delete your event – Permanently delete your event website

  • Remove all data and registrations – Clear attendee info and registration records safely
