Your Event May Still Be Indexing
After creating or updating your event page, Google can take time to index it. Indexing is the process where Google scans and adds your page to its search results. This can take 1–5 days, depending on Google’s crawling schedule.
You Recently Changed Your Event URL
If you updated your event URL (web address), Google treats it as a new page and needs to reindex it. This is normal and can temporarily affect visibility.
We have submitted your updated event URL to Google for indexing. Once Google completes this process, your event will appear under the new link in search results.
Updates to Details, Title, or Description May Not Show Immediately
If you updated your event details at the same time you changed your URL, those updates will appear in search results once Google finishes reindexing the new page. This also typically takes 1–5 days.
Your Event May Be Set to Private
Only Public events appear in Google search results.
To check this:
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click Setup > Website > Privacy
Make sure your event privacy is set to Public:
Your Event Is Newly Created
Brand-new event pages can take time to appear in Google results, even if everything is set up correctly. This delay is normal and usually resolves once Google completes its initial indexing.
Your Event Visibility Depends on Google
Google ultimately controls when and how pages appear in search results. While we submit your page for indexing, the exact timing is determined by Google.
