You can purchase the Whitelabel Add-On to be added to any of our paid plans! To add this to your plan, please try going to eventcreate.com/dashboard/billing and see if there's a Whitelabel Experience link available there:

Once you confirm that it's added to your current plan, you can now proceed to the steps below. Alternatively, feel free to upgrade to one of our premium plans!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. To remove the EventCreate branding from your webpage, go to Setup > Website > Whitelabel tab.

2. Check the box: Hide EventCreate branding. Then click the Update button to save changes.

3. This will automatically remove the "Powered by EventCreate" from your registration form, and your confirmation page.

4. All website templates have a "Powered by EventCreate" footer, as shown below. To completely remove the footer, you will need to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

Please note: White labeling of your event website does not white label emails sent through EventCreate. These emails will be sent from [email protected].

To change the email sender and to whitelabel your email templates, see: Add your own email sender. This feature is available as an Whitelabel Add-on or part of an Enterprise plan. If you want further customization and white labeling of your site, please contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
