When you upload images to your EventCreate website, you might notice that some appear larger or smaller than others. This happens because:
Different image dimensions and aspect ratios β Images with varying widths, heights, or shapes will display differently to fit the website layout.
Automatic resizing and cropping β The system optimizes images to look good across devices and sections, which can alter their visible size.
Content block settings β Some website sections have fixed image sizes or aspect ratios, affecting how your image fits.
β How to Make Images Look More Consistent:
We recommend that you upload all images as the same layout (ie: portrait or landscape) and the same width. If you want your images to be a perfect circle, we recommend uploading square images.
Resize and crop images before uploading using a photo editor to standardize their size.
You can edit the images on your website by going to your Event Dashboard > Setup > Website > Edit Website. Then, hover over the image you want to replace and choose Edit Section Image & Spacing from the pop-up menu on the right.
