With the app, you provide a seamless way for guests to stay informed and navigate your event in real-time. The app pulls information from your managed Schedules, Speakers, and Sponsors/Exhibitors lists, making the information easily accessible to your attendees. It also includes an attendee directory and integrated QR-code lead capture to support meaningful connections throughout your event.
Note: The Attendee App is currently in beta. You may encounter occasional bugs or unexpected behavior as we work to refine and improve the experience.
Step 1: Request Access
Because the app is in beta, our team grants access to you on the Event Level.
Log in to your Event Dashboard.
Navigate to Tools > Attendee App.
Under the General tab, click Request Access.
You can also just email [email protected] or send us the event link and your account email in our live chat. Our support team will enable access for your event and notify you once you are ready to start building!

Step 2: Choose Your App Components
Customize what your attendees see when they log in. You can toggle various sections based on your event's needs:
Core Event Details: Ensure your Schedule, Speakers, Sponsors, and Exhibitors lists are finalized and accurate.
Logistics: Enable QR code scanning for easy check-ins.
Interactive Features: Request Support approval to enable 1-to-1 Attendee Chatting or Discussion Boards to boost networking.
FAQs (Highly Recommended): Help reduce inquiries by answering common questions in advance, such as:
When do the doors/gates open?
Where is the best place to park?
Is there venue Wi-Fi available?
What is the dress code?
Step 3: Brand Your App
Make the app look like an extension of your event branding by adjusting the design settings.
Visuals: Select between light or dark mode and choose an accent color that matches your brand.
Assets: Upload your logo and a high-quality event graphic.
Image Specifications:
Follow these guidelines to ensure your graphics look sharp across all mobile devices. All files should be high-quality JPG or PNG formats (under 5MB).
Main Event Graphic
Square Graphic: 1080 x 1080 px (1:1 aspect ratio)
Landscape/Banner Graphic: 1920 x 1080 px or 1200 x 630 px (16:9 aspect ratio)
Safe Zone Note: Keep logos and text restricted to the center 50% to 60% of the canvas. The app crops the outer edges to accommodate different mobile screen sizes, so leaving plenty of breathing room is essential.
Logos
For seamless integration with both light and dark modes, we highly recommend using a PNG file with a transparent background.
Circle Logo: 400 x 400 px or 512 x 512 px (1:1 aspect ratio). Note: Ensure the main part of the logo sits in the center safe zone so it doesn't get cut off when the system applies a circle crop.
Horizontal Logo: 600 x 300 px or 800 x 400 px (2:1 or 3:1 aspect ratio):
Speaker, Attendee & Profile Images
List View (Thumbnails): Minimum 400 x 400 px (1:1 aspect ratio). These will be automatically cropped into a circle.
Detail View (Full Profiles): 600 x 800 px (3:4 aspect ratio) or 800 x 1000 px (4:5 aspect ratio). Standard portrait orientations work best for full-sized headshots.
Need to resize or crop an image? You can use a free web tool like Pixlr to easily adjust your files before re-uploading them to your EventCreate website.
Information: Write a clear, short, and long description of your event and provide a contact email for attendee support.
Step 4: Share the App with Attendees
The app is only effective if your attendees know how to find it! The app is available on both iOS and Android.
