Creating Name Badges On-Demand

The Name Badges tool makes it easy to generate and print name tags for your attendees.

How It Works

Name Badges can be automatically generated for everyone on your Attendees Report who is marked as Attending.


EventCreate offers two name badge tools to suit your event needs:

  • Bulk Printing: Print all your name badges in advance using Avery 5384 sheets (6 badges per A4 sheet).

  • Ideal for pre-registered attendees and straightforward events.

2. Enterprise On-Demand Name Badge Tool

Our Enterprise Name Badge Tool offers advanced features for larger conferences or events:

  • Create custom name badges with conditional designs for different attendee groups.

  • Print on-demand to save time during event check-in.

  • Use with our app-based kiosk mode.

  • Rent name badge printers and pre-order badges.

  • Access on-site support for a seamless badge experience.

How to Access

  1. In your event dashboard, go to Tools > More > Namebadges:

  2. This will open the Name Badges Dashboard. Click on Primary Badge to Get Star

3. To create your first Name Badge, click on Primary Badge:

4. This will open your Name Badge Editor. Here you can customize your Name Badges with custom colors, images and text. Drag and drop any elements into your Name Badge Template. To add any elements, click + Add Elements on the upper left.

5. Here you can edit the following the text and colors that show up on the Name Badge. The First and Last Name will automatically be pulled from the Attendee List. You have an option to add Title, Organization Name, QR Code and edit the color settings of the background and text.

6. Once you add an element to your Badge, you can Edit each Element, Arrange or Align the text. You can also Undo or Redo.

7. You can also edit the Badge Setting, by clicking on Badge Settings. Here you can adjust the badge size (4 x 3 inches or 4 x 6 inches), make the badges Single or Double sided, add a background image or make the badge Portrait or Landscape.

8. Once the Name Badge template is ready, click PRINT READY to Preview and Save:


PRINT ON-DEMAND:

  • The High-Speed setting improves on-demand print performance by pre-rendering attendee badges before your event.

  • Generate and print individual badges as needed during your event.

  • Ideal for last-minute attendees or walk-ins.

Pro Tip: Make sure all badge templates are marked as print-ready before rendering begins.
